Dave Roberts, ’84, will return to campus to discuss the business of health care as the keynote speaker at CMU College of Business Administration’s 20th annual Dialogue Days at 2 p.m. Oct. 23 in Warriner Hall’s Plachta Auditorium.

Dialogue Days is a two-day event, Oct. 23 and 24, bringing business leaders to campus to speak with students and discuss real-world issues in business.  More than 50 alumni and friends return to campus for the CBA event to share success stories and offer advice to students.

Roberts, vice president of U.S. cardiac and vascular group sales for Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, will share insights on the Affordable Care Act and the need for innovation in the health care industry.

The Midland native received his bachelor’s degree in business from CMU in 1984 and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 2000.

“My role is to help navigate this business through the most challenging health care environment any of us have ever faced,” he said.

Roberts will address the importance of developing new skills in the evolving business landscape.
